1. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. To request a refund, contact us at info@alg-labs.com with your account details and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please note that custom enterprise solutions and professional services may have different refund terms as specified in your contract.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may be reported to law enforcement.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our security monitoring services. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, eligible customers may receive service credits as outlined in their subscription agreement. Our SLA covers: monitoring system availability, threat detection accuracy rates, response time for security incidents, support response times, and scheduled maintenance windows. Detailed SLA terms are provided in your service agreement.
6. Compliance and Certifications
Algomere Labs maintains compliance with industry standards and regulations including: SOC 2 Type II certification, ISO 27001 information security management, GDPR compliance for EU data protection, PCI DSS compliance for payment processing, and various regional cybersecurity frameworks.
